Master Class for INTJ Success

Leverage your INTJ strengths for success

Leverage Your Natural Strengths to Achieve More

INTJs are driven to be competent and smart. As an INTJ you naturally see the best way to achieve any goal, and you create elegant solutions to complex problems. A high functioning INTJ is an asset to any business—but you can easily find yourself held back by others.

This course will help you tackle the biggest obstacles an INTJ faces, including:

  • Building your social skills to network better and be a “likable” INTJ
  • Overcoming an incompetent boss or coworkers
  • Getting your natural strengths recognized in the workplace—and “rising to the top”
  • Balancing the drive for success with a happy home life and relationship

There’s no reason for an INTJ to be stuck in a mid-level job or doing rote, boring work. This course gives you actionable tactics to climb higher, identify the smartest people around you, and take on work that’s challenging and interesting. You also get access to a private online community of 200 success-driven INTJs.

Day One: The Strengths and Weaknesses of an INTJ

This overview will help you understand why INTJs are the second highest earning type of the 16 types. You’ll also find out why INTJs are least likely to get married but most likely to stay married. Many tendencies of an INTJ are both a strength and a weakness, such as perfectionism and direct communication. This session will give you the full 360-degree view of the INTJ.

An interesting thing about personality type is that it’s always relative. You’ll be surprised to find out what makes you different from other people. For example, did you know most people do not care if they accomplish anything on a daily basis? You’ll also discover strengths that you didn’t realize you had. For example you probably take for granted that you can teach yourself anything if you have a book on the topic. But most people are unable to teach themselves something new simply by reading a book. Once you see where you are relative to other people, you will have a more clear understanding of how people see you.

Day Two: Social Skills for the INTJ

People often say that every type has a weak spot except the INTJ. The only weak spot of the INTJ is they have no patience for people who are not as competent as they are — which is everyone who is not an INTJ. The INTJ is usually aware of the fact that people are put off by INTJ behavior, but often INTJs do not have the social skills to improve the situation.

The INTJ will actually get more done and meet goals faster by developing social skills to get along with people who are uncomfortable with direct, goal-based communication. This session will show you how to do that. You’ll learn how to read people quickly so you know what sort of communication will work with them. And you’ll learn how to adjust your behavior in group settings in order to quickly get people on your side.

Day Three: Career Paths for the INTJ

The thrill of solving complex problems in the workplace means that INTJs will always do some kind of work, no matter what stage of life they are in. The extreme competence of INTJs means that they are always in demand. This session will cover work-life balance issues for the INTJ (yes, you have to stop working to go home for dinner) and it will cover ladder-climbing issues for the INTJ (you can run the company from the number-two spot so you don’t have to do CEO meet-and-greets).

We’ll also cover careers that INTJs are likely to try, such as writing and entrepreneurship. We’ll talk about the most effective strategies for INTJs finding successful in those arenas. And we’ll talk about other, less common career paths INTJs are likely to enjoy, such as art director. And we’ll look at fields INTJs assume they will hate, like sales, yet there are some sales positions where INTJs are a perfect fit (consultative sales, for example).

Day Four: Question and Answer

You can ask any question and you’ll get an answer tailored for your type.

What People are Saying about the Course

Hundreds of INTJs are using what they’ve learned in their careers & personal lives.

“I got sooo much out of them. Seriously, the third session on careers especially has completely changed the way I think and act at work. It was like someone turning the light on (and this from someone who’s already spent a whole load of time of personality profiling). I’m actually just starting to look for my next role and I’m approaching it with a transformed sense of confidence and clarity following the course. So thank you, you have a genuine gift for this stuff.”

—Paul

“Thank you so much for the webinar, Penelope. It was amazing!! I learned a lot and also had a lot of fun. Thank you also for the follow up reading. You have a huge talent (as I’m sure you know) at connecting with people, immediately seeing what they need, and telling them how to get it. I appreciate your insight so much. I will continue to be a loyal supporter and recommending you to everyone I know.”

“Thanks for a great seminar series last week – it was well worth staying up for!”
